DDR Features

• DDR SDRAM - double data rate [one] synchronous dynamic random access memory
• DDR supersedes SDRAM technology and transfers data at twice the rate of SDRAM
• Higher bus rates and higher peak rates than earlier memory technologies
• 2-bit wide prefetch buffer (2 data transfers per memory clock)
• 2.5V (2.6v for PC3200) supply voltage, compared to SDRAM's 3.3V
