Drop Ship Guidelines

Centon makes every effort to assist its clients in the drop ship process. Here are some general guidelines.

General Info

• Orders received and credit released by 2pm PST will be shipped same business day. Exceptions to this policy are back ordered items.
• Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day.
• All invoicing will be billed directly to your account.

Shipping

• In the event your freight account number is not valid, you will be billed for freight charges.
• Blind shipping is available and must be requested at time of quote. This must be notated on your purchase order.
• Centon Electronics, Inc. is not responsible for any physical damage to products by shipping company.
• Tracking numbers are available upon shipping; please identify who you would like tracking to be sent to (via email).
