Artwork
File Formats
- All art work must submitted in vector .ai, .eps or .pdf format.
Color Matching
- All company specific, logos, unit, packaging, etc. colors that require an exact match please designate the matching PANTONE® number.
Artwork changes
- If any adjustments must be made on our end, Centon will bill you by the hour for necessary changes (minimum 1 hour).
- Hourly fee is $75.00.
Content Pre-loading
- For orders that require content pre-loading, the necessary files must be submitted in .zip format.
- The contents of the .zip file must be laid out exactly as you would want it to appear within the custom logo product.
- The files/folders, complete with file structure, will be loaded on the custom logo products exactly as it is extracted from the .zip

Returns & Warranty
- After the order form is submitted, setup fees will be charged. Order is non-cancelable once “Custom Logo Proof & NCNR” is signed.
- Standard product warranty applies. Logo is not warranted.
- Replacement product will be standard Centon product (no logo)
Steps to place order:
- Customer complete product order form & ftp custom files.
- Centon will contact customer to finalize requirements.
- Centon to prepare picture proof with in 2-5 days after requirements are finalized.
- Customer signs “Custom Logo Proof & NCNR” to being production order. Additional charges may apply if any further changes are needed after production has begun.
