Hi,
Yes, I have tested with HDTune Pro 4.5 and have found the read/write speeds to be as fast as the USB 2.0 specification allows. (~30 MB/s read and write, I can attach a screenshot if you would like) However I purchased this Flash Drive with the expectation that I would be able to plug it in to a USB 3.0 port and achieve USB 3.0 performance. Unfortunately I still see the same speeds regardless of if I plug the flash drive into a USB 2.0 port or a USB 3.0 port. I was basing my expectations on the specifications published on the package (
here), which suggests a read speed of 80 MB/s and a write speed of 60 MB/s when connected via USB 3.0.
Is there anything that I need to do to attain the read/write speeds listed on the front of the package? I have a couple of other USB 3.0 devices which perform very well when connected to my USB 3.0 card, a
Rocketfish™ - 2-Port USB 3.0 PCI Express Interface Card that I purchased at Best Buy.
Regards,
