Hello,
I have a Centon Craze MP3 player, and when I connected it to my pc (Window 7), the computer was trying install the device software, but it couldn't, only to return a message Device Driver Software Was Not Successfully Installed. Is there any way that I can get my pc to recognise it? Thank you!

I have experienced some software that will not install unless installed as an administrator. Try the following...
When connecting the player to your USB port, the player will initially be seen as a CDFS volume, and will autorun the installation software. When prompted by Windows to install the software, click no. Then open your Computer window, find the drive letter for the player (it should show as a CD drive for the moment). Right-click the drive letter and browse the contents; locate the setup.exe icon, then right-click it and choose Run As Administrator. Follow the on-screen installation prompts from there. This should successfully install the device drivers and AMT Media Manager software.
Hopefully that resolves your issue.
