Warranty Return Procedure
To help ensure quick processing of a product return, Customer must comply with the following instructions.
DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO CENTON WITHOUT AN RMA. RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA WILL BE REJECTED!
- Customer shall request an RMA number from Centon. Customer shall provide original invoice number(s) and Centon part numbers and proof of purchase information if required.
- Customer shall return product(s) via prepaid freight with proof of purchase information if required.
- Customer shall return product(s) with RMA number(s) clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returned packages not clearly displaying valid or current RMA number(s) can be refused.
Please be aware:
Any returned product that was not purchased from Centon, differs from those parts for which an RMA was obtained, and/or does not have proof of purchase information if applicable, may be rejected and returned without repair, replacement or credit.
With respect to returns to our facility, no credit shall be allowed for any item(s) damaged in transit, short-shipped or shipped in error. Please return products to the following address :
