Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping within the United States

Standard shipping

• Free on orders of $50 or more
• $4.90 for orders up to 5 lb
• $19.90 for orders from 5 lb to 70 lb

Expedited shipping

• $6.90 for orders up to 1 lb
• $9.90 for orders from 1 lb to 5 lb

The options available for your order, and the carrier's estimated delivery date, are shown at checkout.

International shipping

International orders ship by USPS or DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included unless they are shown at checkout, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing can add time to delivery.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you need to correct it, contact us right away at support@centon.com. We cannot change an address once the order has shipped.

Damaged, lost or incorrect shipments

Any claim for shortage, damage or shipment error must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt, by email to support@centon.com. If your tracking shows no movement for several days, contact us and we will work with the carrier.

Business and volume orders

Orders placed through a Centon quote, purchase order or reseller account ship under the terms on that quote or invoice.
